Big Girl Video

The big girl video that I posted was interesting it had some truth.
It also showed the way the world sees big women.
The truth is though. Everything and everyone gets stereotyped.
Of course big women are not going to be the exception.
We all rip each other apart.

Thanksgiving

Watching people during thanksgiving I realize it's become an holiday to excuse over eating.
My mother cooked fried turkey, baked ham, dressing, cakes. pies, and collards.
She felt like she didn't cook enough. I joked and said no wonder I am fat! I cant' blame anyone but myself but dang she put it right in  front of me and who am I to say no. The truth is though who will I end up being if I can't learn to say no to food just because it look's good.

Whats the difference?

Obesity- a condition characterized by an excessive accumulation of fat.
Overweight- weight that exceeds (by 20 percent or less) the recommendations for "desirable" body weight.

Oh okay so in high school I was overweight and now as an adult I'm obese that's the difference? Great!

I have been trying to put a program together for myself that consist of weight watchers, exercise program, and Allie diet pills.
 Is that really a permanent answer for obesity?
